Lighting in the photo is cool studio, not retail glam. We keep magenta highlight only as a flexo ink cue in chrome, never as a flood on sample pages.
When you email the desk, attach your own sample beside this reference and name the density complaint in one sentence. We would rather recieve a clear photo than a long brand story.
Samples are not certificates. They show what honest transfer looks like under our desk lighting. Your press will differ. The point is a shared starting sentence for press@flexography.co.za.
Each sample folder in Meadowdale carries a reverse card: substrate family, anilox screen band, ink system, and the failure mode the sample was meant to illustrate. If your plant keeps a physical swatch wall, copy that habit. Digital galleries alone do not survive a loud shift.
Prefered practice is to hang the sample next to the bay card for the week you are matching it. Take it down when the SKU changes so the next crew does not chase the wrong density. Email press@ if you want a printed reverse card template from Resources.
